Greetings, The end of one year and the beginning of the next always stirs reflection and anticipation. I hope you can look back on 2013 with some pleasure and satisfaction, and anticipate delights to come. As a writer, 2013 has been a year for venturing further into the brave new world of e-books, but largely in putting old work into e-editions. I did write one new work, however -- a novella called Dare to Kiss that came out in July because it connects a little to my 2013 book, Seduction in Silk. DARE TO KISS
In addition, my publisher is putting out some novellas as individual e-books. In December we had a Christmas story, A Mummer's Play. In February you'll be able to buy The Dragon and the Virgin, which came out in Dragon Lovers. And in March, The Raven and the Rose, a Holy Grail story from Chalice of Roses. Nearly all my work is now available for e-readers and I've created a tiled menu with links to places to buy. Check to see if you've read all my work! Click here. In April there'll be a new book, this time in the Rogues' World. A Shocking Delight picks up the story of David Kerslake, the heroine's brother from The Dragon's Bride. You may remember that the book ended with him adding the burden of the earldom of Wyvern to his position as Captain Drake, leader of the local smugglers. To do his best for his people he needs money, so he decides to marry it. The plan doesn't go quite as he expects. You can order your copy now in print or e-book. I've been enjoying making short videos at Animoto.com. They make it very easy and I recommend trying their free very short ones, perhaps with family photographs. This one is about the first five Rogues books, which I put out as e-books this year. This one is about the Christmas stories I've had out in December 2013 Lastly, mostly for fun, a brief demonstration of how a Georgian lady dressed.
